These powerful Flat Stock Cut-To-Length Machines are also utilized with power presses for scrap cutting.
Pneumatically or hydraulically powered, these Flat Stock Cut-To-Length Machines are designed to shear material at full width. The powerful triple acting air cylinder has a pancake profile for higher speed operation. Integral stroke dampeners are used to handle snap-through shock loads, extending cycle life.

Selection
The Cut-To-Length Machines handle applications to 200 mm thick mild steel and 24 mm wide material. When cutting plastic, foam, fiber or materials other than steel, material thickness is considerably greater than stated maximum material thickness.

The Cut-To-Length Machines are built to handle materials thick and thin, narrow or wide, flimsy or rigid in metal, plastic, foam or paper.
Accuracy
The high quality CNC machined feed body exceeds the manufacturing specifications of all other Servo Feed manufacturers. Cluster gears are on top & bottom rolls for zero backlash regardless of material thickness.
